[BONUS] 2024.04.14: Morning Someone with Eric Vespe EXTENDED

Also, Morning Someone extended versions (when they exist) will be uploaded at the same time as the public ones so you won't have to relisten to an interview to get the extra bits.
Most of Eric's additional content comes around 29:00 and is mostly about his time at RT. The RvB tidbit comes in that section as well.

For one of my classes, I had to interview someone who works in the industry we think we are going into. I'm going to college for game development stuff (the official name is Game Art and Interactive Design) so just to see what would happen I reached out to actor/stunt performer Shawn Baichoo (might know him as Wrench in Watch Dogs, Lion in Rainbow Six, or Machiavelli in Assassins Creed) who I'm a fan of. A day or so later he responded and later that week I got to talk with him about video games and "nerd stuff" for an hour. And I can also back up what was said about engaging with people about things other than their own work. It was actually something that came up in my talk with Shawn. He brought up how it can almost be like a second language you speak with people/employers. An example he brought up was that he was working on a game and started talking with the director about a specific Left 4 Dead enemy as a point of comparison for how to approach something they were working on.
