2024-05-09 14:31:44 +0000 UTCForgot to comment when I listened but ya gotta support a JD episode! Like someone else said, I'm also around his age and he's relatable. I'm 22 and the life bookends Burnie mentioned were relatable too. In a weird way this comes full circle from a brief online interaction with Burnie years back when JD appeared for a second in a podcast post show and I, in high school at the time, was like "Hey, he's our age! I can relate to him! Would he want to appear in more content?" and Burnie was like "He's busy right now learning how to drive boats and get into university and probably become an astronaut" (paraphrasing) and then only a few months later the whole family dropped off the grid for five years. So this was an extra bonus because its like I teased myself for 5 years about it. Loving the book club, thanks for organizing that!

Sitting playing minecraft while listening and the ender man story has blown my mind. 3. Is there a way to get on the discord with out a laptop? Dont have access to one just now, only patreon and discord phone apps. I need on the book club

2024-04-20 19:42:23 +0000 UTCI found RvB in like 2003 on Google Video and, after eventually figuring out wth it was and where to actually find it, joined the community. I'm so glad to see JD grown up and seemingly doing pretty well. On a different note, if you want a rabbit hole, look at what percent of the population in the US votes in primaries, and then figure what percent of the total population actually determines the candidates. Its usually like 2pct.
