Through quirks of fate my brother and I are both veterans, him with the USMC and me with the British Army. We are both also within our recall period if a major war kicks off. With Trump threatening Greenland (Denmark), a UK ally, we are now in the awkward position where there's a chance, however small, that we will be fighting each other on different sides of the next major war, so thats a fun thought. On the bright side ive already ticked off two boxes on my 2026 Bingo card with 'US Invasion' and 'Ozempic side effects scandal', so silver linings and all that!
