To be clear, he's referring to Mexican chorizo (vs. Spanish chorizo), which is typically sausage pre-seasoned with vinegar and chili peppers and then cooked. Mexican tortillas, as well, differ from Spanish tortillas and are more of a flat bread made with either corn or flour. Either way, now I'm hungry. :-\

2025-01-30 23:45:56 +0000 UTCChorizo is a style of Spanish sausage and tortilla is a potato omelet, and the other ones are the Mexican versions. Of course the Spanish ones are the original. Burnie goes back to America and loses all the European credits he has gained so fast. The orange grease in the chorizo is from all the paprika seasoning (or bell pepper for the Americans). And chorizo can come in a few different forms. Sorry if that was too aggressive but my Spanish just started to boil 😂
