These sprites are harder and more time consuming to make, but can offer more customization than regular ones can.

New sprites pros and cons:
Pros:
Offer massive customization potential
If done correctly, smoother animation
Is basically character you will see in the picture and animation
Cons:
VERY time consuming.
Old sprites pros and cons:
Pros:
Quick and easy sprites
Decent looking
Cons:
Generic characters
