There is rumors that Cheong-san is still alive. Since we didn't see a clear shot of him dead, they were just covered in ash. Yes he got bit, but he could possibly be a half zombie half human like Nam-ra. Plus at the very end of the episode she says that there are others like her. Who else could that be? Maybe the other girl, but the bully literally tried to kill her. Why would she seem happy to help him?
