The Dr is a herron whos head feathers lend a certain class to things. As for the choice of using opossums, I figured a creature that usually like to play dead matches the attention seeking characteristics of a standard "Emo" (even if they deny that they seek attention)! The idea of playing dead isnt so great for those that see right through it though. Do you keep up the act as you feel the straps tighten or make a move and risk blowing the charade!. Clearly the wrong choice was made here in an attempt to skip out on the helpful advice. Treatment starts at Paw o clock and its time to test those reflexes until we see some permanent results!

Adding an inverse of the picture itself (and an inverse of clothing patterns between the two so the stripped pattern is on the opposite parts of the bodies for the respective patients) helps to seperate both versions from one another quite a bit. Now for the picture itself, especially the original tickles my fancy a lot. ^^ A rowdy emo possum boy who clearly doesn't seem to understand what he should be happy about. Such depression cannot be solved by pills, but by a unique method that I'm sure is much less costly on taxpayer dollars thanks to the methods of the esteemed psychologist. You even added his degrees within the back and I can see one of them is from a university in Texas. The bird (I am assuming..swan perhaps? Sadly my bird knowledge is lacking) I'm quite happy to see you drew him with feathered hands, so he can easily manipulate his 'appendages' against the course surface of the mammal's feet. He looks in control and yet has a glint of cruelty within his gaze that tells he has far too much fun with his unusual methods. Can see this may even be a private practice that others go to, so this depressed boy is stuck alone with this psychologist as he breaks him out of his depressive phase..and hopefully right into insanity~ With enough time during his treatment, he may just have to write out that the possum needs far more treatments with him, or even needs to be sent to a mental institution due to him going mad. It adds a bit of cruelty seeing this cute goth possum crying. >:D Its a delicious look of panic and suffering as he's stuck smiling and laughing, likely too deep in laughter to even beg anymore. Even tearing up so much its ruining his (and his counterpart in the alternate) eye mascara~ The gripping of his hands against the chair itself and the body jostling enhances the sense of movement as he goes mad. The psychologist cupping under his chin with a feathered finger adds an extra dose of mean spiritedness, as if the professional finds them in their current state rather adorable, or he's just intent on staring at every second of the goth's sanity sinking away as he's tickled for possibly hours. Can even imagine he's sawing that feather against the possum's neck, slow back and forth strokes, to add a bit more unbearably ticklish vibrations tingling thru his body~ Watching the boy's irises dilate and his tears flow like waterfalls as he gets mascara all over his face and slobbers over himself. Can't miss out on a good show right? You added a paw reflexology chart as well, so the mad psychologist can always reexamine where to apply different points of pressure to further drive his patients insane. (and its right on the side of his drawer, so he can take a quick peek without skipping a beat in sawing his feathers against the soft paws of his current strapped down patient. The depressed boy may need a straightjacket at the end of this. >:D With that cold smirk, one can tell he's rather used to this. And since he's still in business, people may just write him off as doing a really good job in curing depression. Any other hitches that may come up is up to blame on the patients themselves. The possum's feet are gorgeous btw. Big and 5 toed but in a more paw like form, with his end toes around the same level of height. Its quite to see his feet shake violently as currently only three feathered digits saw against the middle of his foot and send the possum bucking and clawing. The psychologist is so cocky about this that he's touching his feathered finger to the bottom of the patient's nose, where he can feel the possum's spit or snot fly and coat his downs, as well as has beak tip against nose. And you couldn't help but add a sneak peek at the psychologist's own foot~ I hope I haven't yapped your ears off too badly, but this is great! ^^
