The villain counters with a rebuttal that admittedly has some merit. He follows this up with a compliment about our heroine's grooming choices. Meanwhile, the nuclear plant personnel, ever the sticklers, continue to make sure things are on the up and up.
Couple of tricky panels here: the low angle in panel one, in particular, was a challenge. I think the ENF pose and expression combo in panel four worked out pretty well.
