She opines about his possible rehabilitation, while also noting that Lars is animatedly talking to the arresting officers, whom you may recognize from a previous story. No one is cognizant of the gnomes undressing the officers, but that's how things go in Awesome City sometimes. It's best to just roll with it.
Just then, Trudy's secret communicator begins to ring, indicating a call from Laser Lady, from whom she hasn't heard since the last call was cut off suddenly. What has become of Awesome City's sworn protector? More remains to be revealed!
Due to power loss associated with some inclement weather in my area, I lost two days of drawing time for this page, and I really had to get a move on to get it done in time for posting. Still, it didn't turn out too badly for a page that contains an overhead perspective and a car: two of my artistic kryptonites.
