The story of "Kevin is Home Alone 2" is about a boy named Kevin McAllister who gets lost during a family vacation and finds himself in a New York City location. Using a credit card from his father's wallet, he stays at the luxurious Plaza Hotel and experiences many fun adventures. However, a gang of criminals he witnesses at the hotel find him and decide to target his home again. Kevin sets up his own security system for the house to ward them off and eventually ends up contacting the police to apprehend them.
