It's episodic with an overarching mythology, much like Person of Interest, but then also like PoI, it becomes more serialized as the seasons go on. I like The Blacklist, but it's still an on-going series; it hasn't ended yet, and is on season 7 now and renewed for season 8. Not sure if you're looking for a completed series or not.
