I LOVE this movie! People are extra critical of BeyoncΓ© acting skills but I donβt think she did that bad. I like the storyline and she was new to acting. I think her other ones (like Cadillac Records, Dream Girls) showcase her skills better because she was able to sing with those parts.

She gotta get her ass beat. ππ Movie is a 6/10 for me. Idris accent was seeping through and was very distracting at times. Sounded like Ozzie Osborne screaming βSHARON!β BeyoncΓ©βs lack of acting talent showed with the people around her. And Ali Larter scares me to this day. Not bad but not a big rewatch for me.
