This might be a issue from IK Anchors. When they were imported into a new scene. You will need to reconnect them to the characters again. Use the ''ITEM'' icon tool to reconnect them. and make sure u always move model folder and PIS folder together. and Thank you for liking my works! :D

Do you have any suggestions for fixing this? I’m using HF Patch v2.13, and the scenes where the issue tends to happen are 159, 158, and 154.
