It's a sweet, gentle file. ☺️ I've had a few (little) shoulder massages here and there before (especially before I compete at any martial arts tournament)...and they make me feel physically relaxed. I'm very ticklish at my feet---so I don't know if massaging there is a good idea though, lol! :P I can understand that having so many subscribers on youtube, Patreon fans, having to make files twice a week to please us, doing hypnosis seminars/shows, planning live events, and etc. can sometimes be hectic. I'm not really sure if you have [really] been feeling stress lately, or you're just portraying it for the file....but always remember to treat yourself (here & there) for achieving the things you have done, and being where you are now, Sir. :) If you really have been feeling a little overwhelmed, I hope recording this file, made you imagine yourself getting massage, and it really made you feel more relaxed. :)
