The last few days I have been having a real battle with my stress and anxiety levels, totally overwhelmed by feelings of despair and sadness that i normally can suppress out of necessity. I know when it's really bad as I had a disturbing lucid nightmare which left me quite shaken up and tearful. I hardly ever dream but they are always bad. My mind responds reasonably well to brainwashing and story files, so I listened to this file hoping it would help a little bit as listening to you had reduced my stress levels considerably up until now, with your kind words that resonates through m mind, before listening to you I would drown out everything with loud music in my ears, and before Ziggy passed away i would have cuddled up to him, he could sense when i was sad or poorly, dogs can be very empathic and soothing on the mind..my focus is all over the place right now but this file pinned my mind down while I was listening to you. Sir, you are so selfless and you use your amazing talent, insight and wisdom to help in so many ways, without a doubt I love and very much appreciate those little peaceful moments you help me to find. Hmm, a straight jacket and men in white coats sounds appealing just now however It's an incredible file. Thank you Sir.
