It was inevitable that I would need to come here eventually, my mind is very tetchy right now, I have enough problems keeping that feeling after a file as it is, no matter how intense, then... half way through daily touching ritual interrupted so i thought i would listen to something else later, namely easier orgasms as I have enough hang ups there as it is,I just wanted to listen I wasn't deep enough in trance for anything naughty, just listen and learn, got as far as when you were explaining how it effects the mind and the minds connection and so on, I've heard it's supposed to be good for your health apparently. Then, 2nd interruption of the day. My mind does what it always does switches of completely... might be for a few days or a week sometimes and always a backward step, just when i think things are coming along nicely bit by bit, this happens, and it wouldn't matter what I listened to or what you said directly or indirectly it wouldn't make any difference it's very different to resisting, not at all the same. Anyway I listened to this, it was very relaxing I just fell asleep around half way through, did that twice and...well sighs, interrupted twice more today, so not a happy bunny... i don't like to be disturbed one little bit when i listen to you whatever it is I'm listening to makes me grumpy. But this file was nevertheless very relaxing, and your voice makes me feel calmer at least even though it wasn't the sole purpose of the file. Reaching for the chocolate now... comfort eating again. Naughty I know. I may have to listen to this 100 times but I am getting more addicted to your voice so not exactly a hardship, that's always a plus point.🙂

This is just basic positive reinforcement, as is EFT.

Twice today an image from this file has popped into my head and left me overwhelmed with arousal Sir -and that's a day after I listened 🙀 Have you heard of EFT Sir? It's tapping to help emotional blockages - this is very reminiscent of that therapy
