Hypnosis - Everyday Peace

Woke up feeling gloomy and anxious this morning more than usual. I've been listening a lot to anything related to peace and calm in the description. I had a report recently on my latest hip x ray as a result of an old impact injury there hasn't been any cartilage for years and now there is significant necrosis on the arthritic joint so i have to have surgery. I'm already anxious about it and it's many months away, and I have to have cardiac tests first, I'm stressed out about that too. But even more so anxious about falling after the surgery as last year i fell down my stairs backwards you know, like you see in the movies and now i can't get it out of my head like a horrendous daydream, can't afford to fall after the surgery. I am always drawn to files that have calm or peace in the title, and that's all i want really... but you do remove thoughts and anxiety from my mind temporarily and it gives my mind a rest a for while. Life is such a bitch sometimes. I can't remember all of it but you always say the nicest things. Thank you yet again Sir.

I played this one like a sleep file as I went to bed. I fell asleep really fast. It's at least as pleasant and useful as the others if not more!

Nice file, Sir. Only problem is I have so much stressful stuff going on right now that as soon as this file ends, more stuff starts agitating me. I may wear it out!🐾
