I found this again after listening to Everyday growing submission, that is currently talking to me as i write this :) It makes me wonder how many files i have forgotten about that I've listened to. It's been well over a year so it was like listening to it afresh. *smiles* I know back at that time i didn't really understand and know much about your world still learning now and i didn't really know what i was supposed to be empty and obedient about most of the time...i do remember with some files thinking...serving? What exactly? Subservient? It's quite an education to put it mildly. This time i was pleased how my mind settled down quite well and following and concentrating on your words and understanding the purpose of the file and i loved the fluttering feeling that goes through me when when you push me deeper...it was so nice not to have to fight off thoughts. I found this very seductive and incredibly relaxing and I am well aware that the erotic files are good for my stressed mind and i would like my mind to learn how to stay in trance between files that i can't seem to do, so i can let go of the hesitancy take my leap of faith even if it is into the unknown.... I'm a little confused because the desire to submit is growing stronger. Such is my memory I have put this along with Mental enslavement and sculpture and a few others that i have forgotten about into my Everyday and background file list as i have to listen to them, i don't like it if i miss a day, they are my addiction :) and even the naughtier ones ...with that little spark slowly getting a little stronger ...I have no doubt that you could force the issue and make me submit but i really want and need my mind to do it voluntarily i like feeling submissive and i think it will give me a sense of peace and relief and achievement ...but i think you might know that already as you are so very perceptive ...:) I felt really content with the feeling this file left me with. I had a check through the repeat and everyday files and I have listened to two from both types but I have only listened to approx 35 files since January, so not many considering how many there are. I didn't really look on the site much until I became a patron,got some catching up to do! Picked another with obedience in the title for tonight. I have learnt things are not always what they seem with Nimja.

In need of a little reinforcement of the mantra mainly the empty part,at times I feel the unwanted thoughts banging on the door. Been listening to this over two days. My mind really loves this type of file. This file in particular had a very soothing effect I'm going to call it a calm peaceful and fuzzy feeling and with gentle waves of shivers with the counting down and mantra repeating. It's nice to feel cozy and content. Earlier today had a bad headache and decided to listen again and I was amazed that it had the same effect although I was aware of the pain. That is really impressive. I can see myself getting addicted to this file. It's lovely.

I've been playing with this file since it came out , a very firm favourite now , put it with any file with the words in it and it's incredible , now I've started using it with Sleep obedience ... Sir your files are exceptional but that combination. Is like best sleep therapy ever ... I try never to do any kind of sleep drugs , they don't do anything much but knock you out for a bit , but it's not real sleep, and the long term effects can be devastating ... , but that combination is wow ... 7.30 hrs straight did not move .. and woke knowing if I wanted to I could go straight back to sleep no problem :) still could even after writing this , and it enhances every other file .. your a genius ...x ... Anyone taking/ relying on sleep meds should give this a try ... (put them in the " bin”) try trusting to this one's voice ... so much better for you ( and to be cheeky ) in all ways :)

I listened to this while I wasn't sleeping this morning. :) I am starting to be able to relax into your words and drop pretty deep. A couple of times I had to take a deep breath and refocus. I had a slight feeling of panic. I think it was the obedience thing.I want my mind to be empty, void of thought. I was a wild child, then a free spirited hippie, then a very independent adult.(Sometimes not by choice.) I'm working on it though. I love the concept of being able to experience things through using your mind that your either can't or won't be able to physically do.
