I've had a few moments of ' Stop the world I want to get off ' the last few days and i can feel my mind wanting to rebuild the fortress to hide behind, amongst other things,my immune response to an infection isn't going well and i don't have my usual stoic response to my health issues anymore and i don't like it and the anxiety that comes with it, but i know that would be a backward step...so i turn to the kindly hypnotist and files that can and do help enormously, this file definitely helped relieve the tension and stiffness in my neck and shoulders i have right now and although it may not seem it at times , i want and need to be more obedient so, yes this is a perfect file for me...five minutes of peaceful bliss...and a rested mind and no decisions. Just simply lovely. Thank you Sir. ♥️
