Beginning To Serve

And simply put; with pleasure.

This is my next step on my journey and I needed to find out a little more. I had to smile when you said about realising that you know absolutely nothing, well that would be me then. I'm a bit of a slow learner, but I am willing to learn, Infact I have learnt something new everyday from you. I hit bumps in the road, but you have guided me and encouraged me along the way. You told me once ignorance can be an exciting adventure and on another occasion, I have to find out for myself. And that's good advice. I have learnt and still learning surprising things in the files and about myself which I can't quite believe. But still very much a beginner. Submitting, surrender, obeying come s a little easier, because of my naturally passive disposition. I'm good at making mistakes seem to make more than my fair share. So in essence what I'm trying to say is that I can relate to most of what you say in this file. So I am going to take my first tentative steps into the world of servitude and try not to screw that up. I look forward to seeing what wonders await me. I have the utmost respect for you and what you do, but I know you prefer to be referred to as Sir in your dominant role. I have learnt from this file and your guidance as well, so Thankyou...Sir.

This file is as kind and encouraging as it is humbling. Knowing Sir gives us space to grow and being able to accept our imperfections helps me to stay encouraged and strong in my desire to serve well and submit. Whatever I can do for Sir will be an honor.

It is an important lesson to learn.

Thank you for reminding us we don't have to be perfect - so often we strive for that and fail miserably - hearts break - tears flow and we begin again

Lovely ... if I get out of bed without the intention to learn .. I'm not trying .. if I get through the day and do not learn anything I'm not living ... definitely not the case since finding your unique files ;) I love these :)
