Usually i have the brightness at below 20% as bright light of any kind can exacerbate my visual disturbances but that does make the words a bit dull,however this is so gentle and slow i can turn up the brightness settings on my phone/tablet and it's ok no worse considering i have to have the screen very close to read or type. Having it a little brighter made the words stand out better. Love the sort of fuzzy choice of colours. I think because it's slow it felt very hypnotic. Is it ok to watch this while listening to Everyday files ? I don't always want to be cleaning or ironing :) Thank you for this Sir its so very relaxing and very helpful. ❤️
