Oh yes please! My mind has been anything but quiet, and i have always been plagued by random thoughts but i know exactly why my mind can't go deep at the moment , it's to do with a distraction with something that was very important to me. I love that little rush that goes through me when when Sir snaps his fingers and says drop... missing that badly right now. I like the visualization of passing through doors and leaving thoughts behind, i still took some with me so I'm going to practice this file a lot to hopefully at least limit the amount of thoughts random or otherwise. Although i have been sidetracked by other things :) I originally came to hypnosis looking for peace and a calmer mind, and learning go into a deeper trance over time it has given peace and tranquility that i need, and i miss it an awful lot if it's not there. I will take on board the advice in this file, learn from it and hopefully i will stop derailing my own journey every so often :( I have no doubt this file will prove to be very useful. Thank you Sir. ♥️
