This is a very endearing file. And as is suggested excitement comes in many forms. I've had very little to be excited about and growing up it would be seen as self indulgent and frowned upon just as other emotions would be However it makes me happy when i do little things like telling someone in advance that I'm going to do something as simple as cooking them their favourite meal and they clap their hands in excitement :) Or seeing a child getting excited at the anticipation of getting an ice-cream. Within hypnosis it's more anticipation of what I'm going to be surprised by next and I've been surprised by many, many things. Like any other emotion excitement would not be visible on the outside but it would be there but in a different form. I know there is something waiting for me on the horizon and i feel a nervous excitement, it gives me butterflies in my stomach because I'm not sure if it's coming to me or I'm going to meet it...:) I'm very reserved with any form of emotion and again there is nervous excitement that hypnosis has the power to change my perception and behaviour and relationship with emotion for the better and see the bigger picture due to the skill of the hypnotist...but i definitely love the surprise element :) I was in bed listening this, but in my mind i was standing on the shore looking out towards the horizon, it was a calming lovely feeling. A very sweet uplifting file and as inspirational as ever. Thank you Sir. ❤️
