I have listened to just about every relaxation file as far as i know. I liked the exercises in this file especially the breathing part. That kind of thing helps with anxiety and stress. Relaxation doesn't exist in my world and i'm sad that i haven't been able to listen as much as i like, as when my stress level is very bad my body's reaction is to cause relentless itching for days, which is distressing, so i couldn't concentrate enough to stay in trance. I also wasn't able to listen to and/or participate in a certain training course when i planned to even if i had to be made to like it, but i don't want to displease the teacher :) I'm a little tired but i am committed to listening to them as soon as possible...well, before this it was the only thing i could think about :) I was able to listen to this for a couple of days as the itching isn't as bad and although it was aware of it during the file it got more muted and it helped me to rest and feel more comfortable. I was also able to listen to Sweetly Submissive that had a calming and encouraging effect on my mind. This file came at the right time for me, i really, really needed this and appreciate it greatly. It helped so much. Thank you Sir for making this, it's wonderful. ❤️
