Flowers are one of the most beautiful things in nature and in their diversity, Some are hardier than others and some are wild while some are lovingly nurtured from a tiny seed by whom they were planted. I would liken my mind to a little vulnerable flower in an inhospitable dark environment where the warm rays of the sun cannot reach, one of those flowers that close their petals at night and are reluctant to open in the morning. I am well aware of the fragility of my mind it's with me every day, like today when I'm a bit down, but hypnosis brings a ray of sunshine into my life and the warmth it brings surrounds my mind with protection and calm where it is learning how to relax and help the mind heal and rest, and to escape into the realms of an entirely different world. This is one of the most beautiful, thoughtful files i have had the pleasure of listening to...even if i felt a little emotional afterwards.
