I strive to be everything you mentioned in this file. Although I'm very honest to begin with, i would be the first to say there's a lot of room for improvement :) My confidence with submission is growing but tbh, i wake up some days full of self doubt... And yes, health is important, i know how much, and as nice as an experience is the intensity can take a lot out of me, and it has the week or so. I was listening to this the other day and ironically i got a call during the file from my house guest checking on me while they are away to see if I'm ok, and an excuse to moan at me about my poor appetite and remind that food is fuel and to eat... And in real life i would imagine a submissive needs a lot of energy ;) This is an awesome awe-inspiring file and there is a lot to take in or remember or is it forget ??
