My mind has been all over the place, unsettled since my accident due to concussion, with no concentration, and emotional and it was pointless in trying to listen last week. But, still groggy, i am so in need of rest, and this file seemed a perfect way to get away from it all and rest and it was perfect as i didn't need much concentration. I have listened to this many times, kind of out of it mostly. Just wanted the solitude and to feel safe. It was a very comfortable peaceful place to be. I remember very little only that the memory foam was so comfy for my body, i have a memory foam mattress so i know what it feels like :) I remember vaguely arriving at the destination and reluctant to get out of the box. It was all very blurry and i couldn't make out where the voice/voices were, didn't know if it was one or many or where it was coming from, but in my mind, my imagination they said, "you are safe here, and will recover and heal" It felt like sanctuary. Then I woke, back in my home looked around, ...then i thought to myself...yeah, hypnosis is my sanctuary, my calm, my peace, a lovely place to be. Beautiful file. Thank you Sir.❤️
