I am so grateful that you made this Sir. I listen to background files every day, and they are a necessity as well as a pleasure, especially when my attention span and focus are not good for normal inductions as i still have a problem stringing more than two together. They also make me feel better. I have struggled with my thoughts a lot more than usual this year, and as a result, after sleeping for barely two hours at the beginning of the week, and feeling quite unwell the next day. It happens every so often, it's like a warning, and it takes a few days to recover to my normal state of perpetual tiredness. So i prefer control, my mind needs it so that it can focus better, and because my attention span can suffer from all of the above. And when i have a crisis of confidence every so often and everything seems insurmountable in my head with what i need/want to do, Sir has this way of getting past my thoughts with some powerful control, to subdue nagging doubt. When i started this journey i would often think, if i can't control my mind, how on earth can i expect a hypnotist to control it or do anything with it :)... but Sir isn't just any kind of hypnotist, he is much, much more than that :) He is such an inspiration as well. I have listened to this quite a few times. At the moment i can remember most of what was said but after a while it will fade and my mind will not consciously listen just as with the other background files i listen to. But while i still remember, what i heard is pretty much spot on. I'm an honest person and wouldn't pretend otherwise. Rapt is an accurate description too. I don't usually have favourites as a rule, however this one is right up there, it's inspiring and especially when Sir said everything will all be okay. It's nice to feel the shivers that control brings. Love this, it will be listened to more than once a day for sure. Thank you so much Sir. ❤️
