2023-05-21 20:33:18 +0000 UTCI really like anything to do with relaxation, calm and peace which is a luxury not afforded to me outside of hypnosis. And of course it's a must when listening to files. Having had a nightmare of a month my need to learn to relax more turns into a craving. I particularly like progressive relaxation but anything or everything is good and one of my go to's is Everyday Relaxation, i like the rhythm in Sir's voice, it makes me sleepy. But i liked the idea of walking slowly down the descending spiral staircase. Kind of mesmerising, with my thoughts getting quieter towards the bottom. My mind and i sat down on the bottom step in the peace and quiet of solitude. This was a very creative way of experiencing trance and relaxation. Thank you Sir. ❤️

You didn't explicitly set the "Fall" trigger...are there subtler ways to set triggers than the "when I say [trigger]..." method?
