I don't know what to think about this file, When i started out with hypnosis I was very resistant to emotions. I didn't expect or indeed wanted to confront any of them. I like the peace and calm that trance brings. Outside of hypnosis the predominant emotions and imo the most powerful of all i feel is sadness and despair. And sometimes my mind just shuts it out. As is has the last couple of weeks It's like my mind has had enough emotional overload, and it's been doing it for so long, it's an automatic response to emotional pain and didn't see it as wrong However, my mind wasn't in total control and it didn't like it. Your words from previous files "emotions are part of us" which was ignored for years , was just there in my head. And I'm not going to lie it felt really, really odd with those words, cutting through my resistance. And that was for the most part, post hypnotic. So this was another really strange experience because i didn't know how my mind would react, or try to be in control. Well it did want to be in control. In trance if my mind is going to resist my hands make a fist or i clench my hands together tightly. Feeling helpless in a fantasy is another thing entirely. The helplessness was the inevitability of losing that control. I didn't expect to experience that level of calm and the drop made my hands let go of the tight grip :) A couple of weeks ago when i achieved something in trance that i thought unsurmountable i experienced a feeling of elation. Something alien to me that i had to look up the definition to compare that to what i felt...even that felt odd but in a nice way. Hypnosis help me to feel happier in myself. Thank you Sir. 🤔 Hmm yeah, powerful emotional content. ❤️

This was very intense, my heart is still getting back to normal. While the experience was interesting, I don't think I will add this one to my normal playlist.
