Thinking too much makes me even more tired and by far the worst feeling is being alone with your thoughts in the dead of night around 4am or thereabouts. Sometimes the worst place to be is inside your own head. 😓 And you are exactly right, i don't know how to stop it. I even think about thinking too much, that's not good. There's a quote i read by Mark Twain " Worrying is like having a debt you don't owe" so true. With this file, in my mind i didn't resent being told to go and sit in a corner, I have a brand new therapeutic weighted blanket and in my head i wasn't going to subconsciously drag it with me..:) I do try to do self help things i have got a headband earbud thingy that hopefully will help me listen and sleep more while listening to sleep files. I used to listen to file 89 late at night but i get too tired now :( Of course i would love to listen more instead of less, there are things i want to experience, I just have to remember what they are atm, but it depends on the degree of zombiness i have, my new word to describe me, and what's on my mind at any given time dictates what i can listen to. I don't like it...but i do like, and choose, need something where Sir tells me what to do or obey. That tends to unravel my tangled thoughts more too. This file is a unique and creative way of dealing with overthinking. Although sometimes i felt as if i had missed a little by cat napping here and there. :) I suspect that was because i liked being put in the corner, it felt safe and a quiet, restful place to be for my mind.:) Thank you Sir. ❤️
