2023-10-16 17:50:11 +0000 UTCI don't do well with conversational inductions, although brainwashing files work well for me as a rule. And i know if i am in a deep trance by how the drop or snap affects both the mind and body. It didn't feel as if i was in a deep trance. I can't follow the "conversation" my mind such as it is, my thought processes are often erratic and unpredictable at the best of times, doesn't like confusion, and cannot keep up, and it's like it switches off, because i didn't notice triggers. I do listen to Flow State and Autopilot almost everyday for focus and i do enjoy progressive relaxation. My mind frustrates me, almost every day, but it's the only one i have :) I understand that my mind has limitations and that not everything suits everyone, but i can't help feeling disappointed with myself sometimes, especially when considering how far I've come, being hypnotized is so kind to my mind. ❤️
