The way I see it, as long as no actual children are harmed, even indirectly, then everything else is just subjective morality. Kanna was not harmed, as she does not exist. And it seems a bit harsh to make character judgements against the artist based on a drawing that falls outside of your sensibilities.

I dont mind if you age someone up, but she looks the same age she is in the show ya know? Anime in general is weird how they handle characters and ages and what people find acceptable or just generally acceptable, sometimes even being double standard. Like, saying liking the sailor moon girls is weird because they're high schoolgirls but lusting after jotaro in jojo when he's 17 but built like a truck.
