For them its like a second skin they feel everything around them and the armor is feeding them real time data from sensor arrays into their brain and helps them react to any changes. Specialy those shoulder eyes gives me the impression that now he has 360 view of everything around him... very nice upgrade in capabilities. Im realy into some exoskeleton like power armor action :D
