2024-07-18 21:58:51 +0000 UTCYou’re right, he should have just left it there, but I think Janudua actually wants to talk openly to Deicide about these things to show that there’s some commonality between them both, that they’re both intelligent Machiavellian leaders, at least that’s what Janudua thinks, he also seeks respect from someone he clearly respects, almost like he wants to be acknowledged as an equal by Deicide. What you said is actually a core part of this conversational scene, Janudua later brings up Deicides questionable past, but I’ll leave that for the contents of the pages themselves.

They basically did the whole villain thing of explaining my evil plan in detail to the head of an extremely powerful organisation that could definitely unravel an operation like this with a bit of finesse that a centuries old deicide can definitely do if not with some help from Belfast who definitely has every mafia movie and tv show on speed play. They really should have just said “I have many ways” and that could have been vague enough for deicide to not pursue the matter but deprivation of rights and privileges from other species in favour of others isn’t something I think deicide or loste would stand for it. Not when they horde wealth that could help everyone
