that's true, but I'm just kinda worried it's only gonna be a temporary boost and people will lose interest quickly. like if you think about it, think about how a lot of the other trainees' groups did after produce 48/produce x 101. Fanatics, Drippin, Wei and a lot of others failed to gain popularity after the show. anyways im sure they'll be fine, im just sad LMAO

I think it's actually good Bora didn't make it for her and Cherry Bullet's sake. Yanking her from Cherry Bullet wouldn't help Cherry Bullet. Her aim was to bring CB more attention and she did that. She did that without having to be absent from that group. It's kind of the best of both worlds.

So basically they want a racist/nationalist policy that allows more Koreans. I get that it's the reality but it's not something that should be supported. It obviously has nothing to do with the girls nor the on camera staff but it's not okay to just blatantly skew the results to make sure it's Korean majority that win.

First off, I just wanted to thank you for all your hard work and putting up all these reaction videos every single week. It's been so much fun always rewatching the episode every week and hearing your thoughts, and discussing it with you and everyone on the discord. As for the results, I've said most of my thoughts in the discord, but ultimately I am very happy with it. I got my #1 pick Mashiro and my very close #2 pick Youngeun, so I am incredibly thrilled about that! I ended up being very lucky and getting my 5 of my top 9 girls, including my top 4 overall, so I'm super fortunate. The Bahiyyih stuff is what it is. She was never one of my top 9 but I will support her and love her as a member of Kep1er. Really my only frustration with the group lies with the voting and how the one pick and the Korean vote weight effected things so much. Getting 2 J group girls and 1 C is a step up from the interim report, but this isn't the global group that Mnet has been promising. I still think 1,1,1 vote for the final would have been the way to go, but oh well. We still got an amazing group and I love them so much! It definitely still hurts though, and I cant help but feel bad for Yurina, Ruiqi, Yaning, and all the J and C group girls. Yurina is the one I find I'm having the most trouble getting over. Her being in the group just made sense, and not being with Xiaoting and Youngeun is heartbreaking. I just hope her and all the many talented girls that didnt make it get a shot at debuting in the future with companies that will treat them well and develop their talents. It's been over 24 hours and I still feel so drained from this show. Despite my issues with it, I am still glad I watched it and had such a fun time with the majority of it. I fell in love with so many of these trainees and I will continue to follow them and their careers no matter if they are on Kep1er or go somewhere else. As for Kep1er, I am unbelievably excited to see them debut! I really do love the group and I will definitely be cheering them on. My wallet is ready to buy all the Mashiro cards!

The performances and songs were amazing and if the group ends up sounding anything like it i'm all for it. But damn, what an emotional rollercoaster this finale was, especially with Wen Zhe and her family. Over all i'm not mad at the final lineup at all. I think it's actually pretty dope. Sure it's sad that a lot of my favorites didn't make it in, but i'm happy for those who did and that i got 6 out of the 12 i was rooting for in it. Thank god Xiaoting made it in at the end as well, even though it's a shame for Suyeon who i loved since the beginning and obviously Yurina, but without her the group would have felt incomplete to me. The name Kep1er was weird at first, but i don't mind it and it already grew on me. I'm looking forward to their debut and i hope to see some of the others i grew attached to, that unfortunately didn't make it this time, again in the future. I'm definitely going to support this group. Let's go!!

i think overall i have some mixed feelings. the lineup is great but i am sad that my one pick, bora, didn’t make it. She worked very hard and i hope that the love she got will give Cherry Bullet a good boost in popularity, cuz they really deserve it. On the other hand, im thrilled that youngeun made it! I have a strong feeling that she’s gonna be my bias, and she was easily my second pick. I loved her dancing but as soon as i saw her performance of My House, i knew she sealed the deal as my bias. another concern of mine is that Bahiyyih is gonna get a lot of hate. she was never personally a pick of mine, but im still scared that she’ll lose confidence because of the backlash of her being 2nd place. i hope she proves the haters wrong and will continue to shine and grow. i look forward to seeing more of her! although i love all the girls, youngeun was my only one pick that made it so im still on the fence about whether they’ll end up being an ult of mine or i’ll simply support them on the side. im sure i’ll figure it out with time, maybe with their debut song or maybe even before then. anyways, i’m proud of all the girls! let’s go Kep1er, woot woot! ps. i find the group name interesting...... but im sure it'll grow on me lol

I agree she's not ready to debut and most likely she will get minor part every single song. But still support her & the group. The reason why mnet didn't do 1:1:1 or 3:3:3 in the final because mnet want majority of the group are Koreans. If 1:1:1/3:3:3 was applied in the final, there will be only 4 or even 3 Koreans who made it.

Yurina not making it is just crazy. I mean she was the most popular J member most of the show. Honestly I can't understand Bahiyyih making it. She's just not ready to debut. I actually think the 9 that didn't make it would be a more popular group in 2 years. Maybe they should have stuck to a 3-3-3 lock.

i really hope Yurina continues in kpop, but i worry about her confidence and her parents situation. I think if she wants to continue, she could have 50 phone calls tomorrow from companies wanting her to join. Historically basically everyone that makes it to the finale of a produce show will end up debuting somewhere, its somewhere between 90-100% of trainees in the finale end up debuting i forget the exact percent.

I’m glad that 6 of my 9 made the lineupbut also devastated that my top 3 being ruiqi, yaning & shana didn’t. Either way I can’t wait see what come next

Wow what a survival show I think every round I lost my top picks all the way to the end💔 Considering I mainly ended up falling for c and j girls it meant not enough of my top 9 made it to the final group so I most likely wont be stanning this group. But best of luck to the girlies who did make it

This was emotional! Would have loved to see Wen Ze, Yurina, and Bora in the lineup, but not at the expense of the other girls :( There just weren't enough spaces and I still think there should have been planet passes! I also appreciate you and your pals' attitude of love and support to ALL the girls, since I've seen a lot of people bashing Bahiyyih for her popularity and it sucks. It's refreshing to see people who understand that the debuting girls shouldn't be blamed if some of our faves didn't make it.

So so proud of ALL 9 girls that made it, and so so looking forward to the futures of the 9 that didn't make it this time around. Whatever they do, they will shine. Honestly, I am a little surprised (but happy) that Bahiyyih made it as #2. She was my growth baby throughout the show, and I have been rooting for her. I cant wait to see how she grows further with the other 8 girls. I am so happy for all of them.

First survival show that I followed from start to finish in real time (didn’t watch final episode of PD48). All the contestants are great and no dissatisfaction toward them, any comments I might have are just for the producers (mnet) themselves. I’m happy for whoever debuting in the end and congratulations because I don’t have an absolute fav who tops everyone else. Am I surprised by the interim announcement and final lineup? To be honest, no. It was quite clear and I had no doubt from the beginning that a balance group would be great but is impossible. That was fine to me since yea of course people are likely to be biased toward people of their own country. Sometimes political factors play a big role over personal charm no matter what one thinks, especially with these three countries involved (not saying this is the only factor but it weighs a lot). Am I a bit disappointed? Yea. The survival shows probably aren’t right for me because my heart can’t take this much of plot twists, where false hopes were given to some girls for 11 out of 12 weeks. Part of that is to blame on the voting rules. Haha or I just don’t like competition that’s based on some makers’ preference and girls’ tears. Good luck to all 99 girls

It was a sad episode for me. only 2/9 of my dream top9 made it. feels bad. it's the first ever MNET survival show where the final lineup isn't my personal dream one, but I'm so so so happy that at least youngeun and xiaoting made it. I do feel very very saddened towards WenZhe, Shana, Bora, Yaning, Ruiqi, Yurina, Suyeon and Jia whom I was rooting for and didnt make it. however I know these girls will all have bright futures from here and they all got a new fan In me who will support them.. now will I stan this group? im not too sure yet, as my emotions are very high right now , ekekekek, but if the groups music is FIRE? then ill defo check out their music.

really really genuinely upset at yaning and ruiqi not making it, however glad that one member of my top three, xiaoting, has made the final lineup, as well as all of my k-picks and j-picks. wasn't hugely thrilled earlier on, as losing two of my top picks is more than a little bit sad, but now i'm definitely excited for the debut, as i think they're a super interesting, unique, talented group of girls!

Hey Kaia! Haven't watched the reaction yet since it was just uploaded lol, but I just want to say thanks for putting out these reactions every week! I always looked forward to watching and seeing your thoughts. It was even better since you were truly invested in this show and the girls, and I think you were always able to stay level-headed with all of the drama and controversies that came up. As for the show itself, I am sad that my two top picks didn't make it into the lineup. BUT, all of the trainees have done such a great job this season, and I'm so happy for the ones that made it. I can't wait to follow Kep1er as they debut, and I'm looking forward to all the reaction content you'll be putting out!
