I usually eat sometime between 4pm -6 for dinner, hardly ever past 7. I dunno that's how I grew up but now it also fits into the whole intermittent fasting thing I do so yeah... I wish I could have late night dinners but its just not the best idea for me haha

We (or at least my family) would also wake up at like 6-7 am though. I guess it's because we had many weddings and parties late at night at like midnight. I have came home from family gatherings at like 1 am in the morning many times. I have been living in the US for almost 5 years now but I still find it weird that people eat dinner so early.
