I FIGURED OUT THE VIDYARD ISSUE
The main problem I was having was that it was seemingly only uploading part of the videos BUT I have now finally figured out that it's not Vidyard at all but rather when I download things from Dropbox in chrome, it's only downloading a small part of the video.
I just tried downloading in Firefox instead and lo and behold... full video, ready to go, all good.
I'll ammend the post from earlier but the plan essentially remains the same only rather than some things being stored on Dropbox, it'll go to Vidyard! Dropbox links will still be disabled for the time being.
Appreciate your patience in advance for all this, I'll be happy when it's all done!
