Extra thoughts:
Tbh I don't have a huge more to say on anything that I didn't already touch on in the reaction but here's a couple quick thoughts about the performances now that I've rewatched them:
1. IDGA - I mean as soon as Hwiseo and Yeoreum were put into this lineup it was pretty much a done deal for me but damn the way these ladies ate this up was insane. Also... I don't think it showed in the episode version but in the full cam version they fully hit a death drop pose like??? Hello?? MVP for this one is (obviously) Hwiseo lmao. I am nothing if not predicatable. But also she absolutely devoured that intro so...
2. Puzzlin' - Out of the three songs I thiiiiink this one is my favorite. Also, if you haven't, I highly recommend watching the full cam bc I think that does a better job at highlighting just how rapid some of the movements were in this choreo and these girls were sharp with it. MVP = Jiwon. Again watch the full cam. She aced the intro and never once let that stop
3. I Do - I think the only reason this is third (aside from like... bias) is bc conceptually it's my least favorite. I love the song itself and the girls performed phenomenally but as cute as it was, wedding concepts aren't my fave lmao. MVP = Nana. I mean listen, Nana is a multi-talented performer who is certainly capable of executing a wide range of concepts but for me at least, this brighter vibe is 1000% where she shines brightest
Overall these were three great performances and choosing favorites between them largely comes down to bias for me. Execution, vibe and skill were on point for all three so y'know

Yeah, it's very much not a coincidence that no one from the CB ladies are in the finals. I was so sad for Jiwon and Bora. Now my only wish is for Dohwa, Juri, and Hwiseo to be in the final lineup. I know it'll be hard for Dohwa and Juri considering how most of the top 7 are most likely already fixed because of their sheer popularity but I can dream. ;_;

2023-08-10 12:00:59 +0000 UTCI loved each of the performances this episode. I wanted to give a shout out to Fye who I thought was amazing in the IDGA stage. It makes me sad that she is now eliminated but I honestly feel like she is the most improved girl for the entire show. She was definitely good in all her performances, but she was really standing out a lot these last few weeks imo. So I'm looking forward to seeing more from her in the future. As for the rest of the eliminations, it's not really that surprising to see the results since they are basically the same as last week, but that didnt make the eliminations any less sad. All of my Weeekly girls being gone now except for Jihan is heartbreaking for me. It doesnt seem likely Jihan will make the final group either based on her recent votes. I hope that's a blessing in disguise and will help them have a comeback soon. Lastly, there's a lot of frustration about the Bora and Jiwon situation and rightfully so. I have a lot of thoughts about it, but will try to keep it brief. It's very obvious that the MNET editing played a huge part in it and that is disappointing. I will also say though, for me, I love CheBul but like Kaia, those two were not in my top 7 and I just didnt vote for them. It doesnt mean I dont love and appreciate them, but there are just so many talented girls on the show and there are bound to be some girls that deserve votes but dont receive it. I also think those two received a lot of votes based off of name recognition at the beginning, but as people learned about the other girls, like Hwiseo, that they didnt know about but fell in love with, that those two kind of got left behind, which again editing plays a role in that as well. So while the evil editing was obviously a huge factor in their elimination, I think there are other smaller factors that went into it as well. Personally, I think they did better than some of the girls in the current top 7 that I havent been as impressed by, but at the end of the day it's a popularity contest and sadly Bora and Jiwon didnt get the votes they needed. I hope they still have fond memories of being on the show and I hope they can have a comeback with CheBul soon and it's more successful because of Queendom.

2023-08-10 11:13:44 +0000 UTCAdding my opinion to the evil editing, this isn't as bad as Queendom 2 where MNet tried to create a rivalry between WJSN and ViViz to the start, only for the girls to reveal their evil plan on Vlive and fancafe. I think those whom MNet tried to create a rivalry isnt so bad, but we can see alot of lighthearted moments between each member. As for the Cherry Bullet members, they have tried their best however, it always didnt work out for them. The evil edit they got to rival RCPC isn't as bad, but I think for Jiwon and Bora, apart from the first stage hasn't really wowed much recent weeks, seeing them go down the votings.

Wooyeon was sobbing when jiwon was giving her farewell speech 😭 they even had friendship rings now. What could have been a team together for Billionaire, now they are left with just wooyeon, nana, jihan and yeonhee, i am so upset, been voting for jiwon since day 1 despite the evil editing, they did her so dirty. Also soojin, i knew she wouldn't make it, the huge gap in ranking for her 💔 my heart. IST better give my weeekly girls their comeback already istg. People turned on them just because they change the concept. I need more people to tune in to them when they do have a comeback, same goes for my cherry bullet girls. They have been through a lot, bora especially, pls let the girl breathe, she ended up almost debuting to not debuting at all in all of the survival shows she's on 💔

2023-08-10 01:17:20 +0000 UTCAll three performances this episode were pretty equally great. My MVPs are pretty much the same except honorable mention to Yuki for iDGA. As far as the elimination, losing all the Cherry Bullet members is so brutal. Bora was my #1 choice for this show and I voted for her literally every time possible. Mnet gonna Mnet. I wish they hadn't done it to Cherry Bullet though. Admittedly, their Cherry Bullet vs. Rocket Punch thing got me to like the Rocket Punch members way more than I did before the show, which was one of the things I wanted to get out of the show, but the thing I most wanted out of the show was for Bora to be in the final lineup. Oh well. Coming into this episode, my ideal lineup was: Bora, Yuki, Nana, Hwiseo, Yeeun, Fye, and Juri/Yeonhee. Now my ideal lineup would be: Yuki, Nana, Hwiseo, Yeeun, Elly, Dohwa, and Juri/Yeonhee I cannot pick between Juri and Yeonhee. I love them equally. It feels kind of like Mnet is trying to make an 11th hour push to get Elly in the final lineup with all the screen time she has gotten recently, and I'm not mad at it. My expected final lineup at this point is just this week's top 7. It didn't change over the course of a week last time. Who knows if it'll change over the course of a week this time.
