A Couple of Announcements

This is a bit of an unusual announcement for me, being that I've never done anything like this since starting The Exploring Series, but I think the time has come. I'm planning on going on a temporary hiatus over the course of the month of January. I figured I'd announce it ahead of time here to give people the chance to cancel their subscriptions for next month if they so choose. I'm planning on taking a few of the two-parters that I've done recently and combining them for release each week during January to at least allow some content, if only for Youtube's algorithm.

The second announcement is a bit hazier and in the future, but it's quite possible that 2023 is the year that I stop doing weekly SCP videos. Views for pretty much every SCP channel have been on the decline over the last year or so, including mine, although I couldn't really say why. I still love SCP, and I'm sure I'll never stop making SCP content entirely, but I think the time is approaching to go back and expand my horizons. My current plan when I do switch is to do an SCP video every other week, and most likely a Warhammer 40k video every other week.

As I've said repeatedly, I'm not an SCP channel, I'm a lore channel. This will certainly be upsetting to some people, but based on my viewcounts, not as upsetting as it would've been a couple of years ago.
