I mean, honestly, I became obsessed with politics and the state of our world. In an odd way, his centricide series made everything seem a little better to deal with. The world seemed less maddening, and when I went into the world of centricide I just enjoyed the insanity for what it was.

This video's criticism of "cartoonizing" of serious issues of politics is valid, but I call BS. People who take politics seriously aren't going to watch your content and become less serious. At worst, it doesn't challenge people who don't wish to be challenged or you say something uneducated. At your best, you help people digest what is going on around them and they explore beyond your content. I know that has happened to me and others. This is basically like writing fables which has been going on for milliums. Like I said, Winnie the Pooh has been said that it's a story about neurodivergents. So this is a healthy process of dealing with what's going on and don't feel too guilty when someone who's not even old enough to vote draws fan art of Nazi. If you want to make art about it, make art about it. But maybe I'm just projecting.
