Identify your Spotify-based behavior as equivalent to stalking, and delete the app. Download again. Delete it and download it multiple times a day for months as you grapple with the loss of a relationship whose corpse is older than twomad’s. Then write a long, self aware comment under an obscure Patreon video hoping that maybe your authentic story of being unable to get over a breakup will resonate with an artist you greatly look up to. Maybe your suffering can be worth something after all. Don’t threaten suicide, because you already tried and failed once, not to mention the fact that killing yourself could make artchad feel like a failure in his art, and you know how important it is to artists to make a difference. Finish the comment with a reminder to the artist who made the video you’re commenting on that his creativity and authenticity add very real, if intangible good to the lives of real people, and that he isn’t just screaming into the cybervoid. Grieving the living is, perhaps, an even more tragic experience than grieving the dead. There are things that will always be theirs, memories that have to sit on the shelf for months or years before they’re ever safe to linger on again. You are correct that it is what you sign up for when you love- Any love, really, platonic, romantic, things that lack definition. You choose to give part of yourself away, and in turn, accept that those things can be taken. You sign away a favorite cafe, an album, a movie, dates in time, and places in space, and the people you know, and all of it for the unspoken promise that, as the other person is doing so in kind, neither of you will dare hurt the other. Sometimes we do not realize what we’ve traded until it is too much, and far too late. I understand that right now you are hurting. The pain is human. However, will NOT heal by wounding her back. This is a significant escalation from the last vid you made about this that you actually DID post on the channel. The fact that number one on the list is threatening suicide is… like, unpacking that, it shows one of two things: A- The Follow Through: You do intend to die over her, for her, because of her. You want her to live with you, or with having killed you. OR B- The Hallow Threat: You never meant it, you just wanted to feel like she’d care if you died. Or, worse, meant it as manipulation to force someone to stay in a relationship at (literal) gunpoint. Proceed how you see fit. It is all statement rather than judgement. You will interpret and internalize them however you are going to and neither I nor anyone else can stop you from doing so. However, you cannot undo or unsay things. I say this three ways, that you have agency. Figure out on your own what those three ways are. Also, the last time you were this “productive” in such a short amount of time, you wound up later admitting to being in the middle of a break.
