Please download these items for the sim:

Genetics
You will need to download an EA Eyelash Remover, otherwise the default EA eyelashes will appear.

Instructions: Items with an asterik are gender restricted by default and will not be avalible for Jae unless you follow these directions -> You will need Sims 4 Studio in order to complete this. Upon downloading the item, create a designated folder within your mods i.e test folder or something to that effect. Once you have placed all items you want in that designated folder, to unlock for all genders, open S4S. Go to Content Management > Batch Fixes > Update CAS CC for All Genders > For the first item “Mods Folder”, Select the designated folder you created and put items into & and Leave the backup as is. Click run. Even if it says zero required a fix, it may have unlocked it anyways.Go in game and enjoy :)
