1/30 Workout routine!

Hey guys! So I’m fresh out of my workout and GUESS WHAT all the footage I recorded got deleted thanks to some editing issue (apparently u can’t delete the old unedited footage in the camera roll before exporting video from the splice app) however the Halo x box came in the mail today! So I’m going to try to Cheer up about it and just post the routine on here :)


Run or Brisk walk 1 set 5 min Reps


Walking Lunges (Weights) 3 Sets 12 Each Leg


Skier Squats (Exercise Ball) 3 Sets 10 Reps


Booty Band Squats 3 Sets 15 Reps


Side Lunges (Dumbell) 3 Sets 10 Each Leg


Elevated Split Squat (Dumbbells) 3 Sets 10 Each Leg


Single Sky Bridge 3 Sets 10 Each Leg
