Some rantings about my own SF6 swaps.
Added 2023-08-04 13:39:59 +0000 UTCI just look at the folder I keep the SF6 swaps I have made, and shockingly they already occupy 4.23 GB of my MEGA space. That's only in just 2 months since SF6 was launched, for comparison the SFV swaps I had made in year 2023 (8 months so far) only occupy 3.47 GB of space.
Feel like my current method of making swap is kind of inefficient because for example there is a mod that only modifies a single mesh file which the size is only 2 MB but I have to include all other files to make the full swap which resulted the size get bigger to now become 400 MB. Damn, what a huge difference.
In any case, I think my storage spaces (both local and online) won't hold much longer if this situation keep up like this. I have to found a solution asap, but the problem is atm I don't have any idea running in my head of what I should do.
UPDATE: Someone suggested me to create an account on NexusMods and upload my swaps on there instead. I did see one benefit and it's the site offers unlimited space. So from now on, I will upload every SF6 swaps on there and put the download link in the forum here, but the downside is that you must register on NexusMods to be able to download any mods there.
