I liked the video. I remember the Bradleys often are operated by junior soldiers with the infantry speciality/MOS. So they are operated by soldiers with little training in armored warfare. Many crews have no idea how to operate the TOW missile in wartime, for example. As IFVs become more expensive, assigning specialized crew makes more sense than assigning junior infantrymen.
