October 2022 Short Story Poll

If you pick the completed story, it will be up in a few days (and it will make my life easier), if you pick one of the other two, you'll have to wait for the end of the month- I'm in the middle of getting ready for my move to Vietnam in a little over a week to be with my fiancee! (Don't feel obligated to pick the completed one, I'll get whichever story done regardless.)

Apoptis:
- The Migration: A herd of mirror-back grazers must make their perilous yearly migration, facing deadly landscapes, solar flares, and predatory auroras along the way. (Already completed.)
Kemetrias:
- Blood in the Green Depths: Apchek is a newly minted knight, just given his suit of paper battle armor, when he’s sent on a patrol of the Grass Sea. It’s supposed to be quiet and routine, but when Bezan rebels bring down his ship, Apchek and his squad find themselves being hunted through the depths of the sea.
There are worse things than enemy armor in the green depths, though.
Iopis:
- Out of Sight: A junior seer is convinced an influential local architect has been hiding flaws in his projects, but his career is threatened by the architect when he starts an investigation.
