Status Update: Skill system rework

Here is an update for the upcoming versions:

Skills are currently getting more tweaks, with the additio of "Passive Skills".

These skills will have various effect applied during battle, such as a stat boost, a status effect negation or some HP/MP recovery.
Some conditions might be required for them to activate, for instance, having HP over/below a certain percentage, applying status effect, number of turns or position.

At the same time, we are implementing "Skill Points" rewarded from leveling, which can be used to upgrade most unlocked skills by 3 levels.

Skills that are not base kit for characters will later be unlocked by purchasing them from the shop, probably.
