Hey Party Members!

So like most people, I often find inspiration in other peoples creations, whether it is music, literature or art. Often my songs start off with me trying to mimic something I really enjoy. I'm not too shy to admit that. When you have an upload schedule like mine a lot of times it's necessary to get started. "I wonder if I can write a song that sounds like [x]..?"

This weeks song is one of those occasions. I'm a big fan of the OST from Final Fantasy VIII, and one of my favorite tunes is the Timber Owls theme. In case you aren't familiar, they are a ragtag team of rebels resisting the tyrannical occupation of a small town. However, they are just teenagers and have no idea what they are doing, so their theme is very, well...lighthearted and kind of silly.

I wanted to capture that same feeling, while still making it my own. Hope you enjoy!
