Wow...hard to believe we are wrapping up another year. It's such a cliché thing to say, but it's true. The older I get, the faster time seems to go.
The other night at Church, I was telling a friend a story from when I was in high school. Then it dawned on me: …that was almost 20 years ago...
WHAT?! HOW?!
I know many of you are roughly my age, some slightly older than me so I know you can relate. It's crazy how quickly time catches up to us all.
Speaking of time...today's track concludes our 2nd year on Patreon. I mentioned this in Tuesday's post, but I'll say it here as well: Without your support, I probably would have given up on this platform a long time ago.
The love and support I get from you all is what keeps this going. And consider this: without you, many of these songs would have never been written in the first place! As fellow creators, you probably know as well as I do that artists form a special bond with their art. It's like your own weird little children, in a way.
So, this is a very rambly way for me to say: Thank you for inspiring and allowing me to bring so many songs into this world. I truly could not have done this without each and every one of you.
I love you guys. Looking forward to making 2023 even more awesome than 2022 was!
